At ONESOLOMON, we’re proud to manufacture and assemble custom-made blinds, awnings, shutters, and security screens right here in Cleveland. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a hands-on, reliable, and motivated Factory Hands to join our production team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in doing quality work, enjoys working with their hands, and is looking for a stable role in a supportive team environment.

About the Role

As a Factory Hand, you’ll work alongside our manufacturing team to help produce our range of home improvement products. No two days are the same, and we’ll provide full training to help you succeed.

Your day-to-day tasks may include:

Cutting, assembling, and preparing materials
Using hand and power tools safely and accurately
Packaging and dispatching finished goods
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
Supporting the team with general workshop duties

What We’re Looking For

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions and work safely
Attention to detail and pride in your work
Good communication and teamwork skills
Experience in a factory, manufacturing, or trade environment (preferred but not essential)
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
