    • Impact/Jemmy Tests (AS5041): Passed all tests for Ultra Sliding & Hinged Doors.
  • SL200 (200 Joules) Impact Testing 2024 – Passed all tests including double doors.
  • Additional Testing:
    • SHGC, Uw, Vt Test – Reduced by 40%, 14% & 46% respectively.
    • AS5041 Impact test @ 100J at edge of screen – 50 impacts.

Construction & Materials

  • Stainless Steel Sheet:
    • Grade: T304-2B.
    • Thickness: 0.8mm (Domestic) or 1.5mm (Commercial).
    • Hole Pattern: Ø2mm round holes, 60° staggered pitch.
    • Spacing: 3mm (0.8mm sheet) or 3.5mm (1.5mm sheet).
    • Open Area: 39% (0.8mm) or 29% (1.5mm).
    • Finish: Satin Black Powder Coated.
  • Aluminium Framing:
    • Grade: 6063 – T6.
    • Anodised – minimum 15um to AS1213-2000.
    • Powdercoated – Chromate pre-treatment and powdercoated to AS3715-2002.

  • Confirm door configuration type (hinged, sliding, stacker, bi-fold).
  • Confirm compliance requirements (SL100, SL200, BAL, Cyclonic if applicable).

  • Secure frame into reveal or face-fix position.
  • Install perforated stainless sheet via insulated assembly system.
  • Fit locking hardware and hinges.
  • Test locking, operation and compliance before handover.

  • Standard Lead Time: 15–20 working days from measure approval.
  • Extended Lead Factors: Commercial grade 1.5mm sheet, SL200 compliance, custom finishes.
