At ONESOLOMON, we stand behind the quality of our products and workmanship. Every item we manufacture and install is built to last and we’re committed to supporting our customers with clear, fair warranty terms and easy access to support.

To maintain your coverage, it’s essential to follow the care and maintenance instructions outlined in our Care & Maintenance Guide. Regular cleaning and proper usage help preserve both the appearance and functionality of your products.

General Warranty Overview

Our warranties apply to products installed within Australia and cover manufacturing defects under normal, intended use. Each product group includes coverage for materials, hardware, installation, and powder coating (where applicable), subject to the care conditions outlined.

All warranties:

  • Are valid from the date of invoice
  • Are only available to the original purchaser (not transferrable)
  • Require adherence to ONESOLOMON maintenance and cleaning guidelines
  • Our products are assessed in accordance with recommended industry guidelines for faults.
  • If a defect is visible to the naked eye in natural daylight at a distance of 1.2 metres, it is considered unacceptable.
  • If a defect is not visible under these conditions, it is deemed acceptable.

Manufacturer’s warranties may apply to specific components (e.g. motors and fabrics). Where this is the case, these supersede our general hardware terms.

Warranty Limitations

  • Our responsibility is strictly limited to repair or replacement of defective parts or products.
  • ONESOLOMON is not liable for:
  • Incidental or consequential damages
  • Labour costs outside those specifically included
  • Damage or injury to persons or property
  • Inconvenience or loss of use

If an exact replacement is no longer available, ONESOLOMON reserves the right to provide a product or part of equivalent quality.

Key Exclusions

The following are not covered under our warranty:

  • Products where the invoice has not been paid in full
  • Failure to follow Care & Maintenance Instructions, including aluminium cleaning guidelines
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, improper installation by third parties, or unauthorised modifications
  • Damage caused by:
  • Structural movement of buildings
  • Acts of nature (wind, hail, lightning, flood, etc.)
  • Excessive heat (>110°C), fire, explosion, or other external forces
  • Accumulated pollutants or salt deposits where aluminium is not cleaned at the intervals prescribed
  • Products stored or operated outside recommended size specifications
  • Normal wear and tear, including corrosion due to neglect or uncleaned residues
  • Costs related to scaffolding, lifting equipment, or third-party labour
  • Any defect where the product has been cleaned using harsh chemicals, abrasives, or unapproved solvents
  • Damage caused by using oil-based lubricants (e.g. WD-40) on locks

Aluminium & Powder Coating Conditions

All aluminium and powder-coated surfaces must be cleaned according to environmental exposure. Failure to comply with these intervals will void warranty coverage for colour and finish degradation.
