Due to ongoing business growth, ONESOLOMON is seeking driven and professional Sales Consultants to join our team. In this role, you’ll be selling our range of custom-made blinds, shutters, awnings, and security screens to retail customers across Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Northern Rivers.

You’ll be joining a company that is serious about excellence in our products, our service, and our people. We provide hands-on training, robust systems, and a team environment where you’re supported to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

Conducting in-home consultations with retail customers
Providing expert advice and tailored product recommendations
Accurately measuring and quoting custom products
Building rapport and closing sales
Liaising with scheduling, customer service, and production teams to ensure seamless job delivery

What You’ll Bring

To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have:

Sales experience in the blinds, awnings, shutters or security screen industry (preferred, but not essential for the right person)
A high level of accuracy in measuring and quoting
Exceptional verbal communication and neat, clear written skills
Strong computer literacy and attention to detail
A valid driver’s licence and a presentable, professional appearance
The ability to work autonomously, manage your schedule, and follow up leads
